Refund & Exchange

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please e-mail and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and answer any questions.

  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your package (Delivery Date).

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.

  • All watch returns must include the original box in its original condition.

  • Exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

  • Return Shipping costs are free of charge as long as it's within the 14 day period.

  • Returns received by us beyond 14 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet the above quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.


Sale items (if applicable): 

Only regular priced items may be eligible for an exchange, unfortunately sale items and pre-sale items are final sale and are excluded from this policy.


We will be responsible for replacement if there are any product quality issues within 12 months of purchase. Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement*, case, crystal). Damage caused by accident or lack of care are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please e-mail and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Please write ‘Warranty’ as subject of the e-mail so that our customer service team know this is a warranty related refund.
